Founder

Jon Harper

LeaseMatrix was founded by Jon Harper, in collusion with a small cabal of commercial real estate advisors from around the United States. Jon specializes in just the kinds of difficult data management problems one encounters while tackling statistics, lease analysis, and analytics for the commercial real estate industry.

Jon is highly proficient at Ruby on Rails, Javascript, relational databases, and the Unix/Linux server environment, on which LeaseMatrix runs. In addition to LeaseMatrix, Jon is the founder of CRE Console and currently the lead architect for Tekoá, an adventure tourism company covering destinations in Florianopolis and Santa Catarina, Brazil. Jon received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Appalachian State University, graduating at the top of his class.

Dominic Zabriskie

Dominic is Vice President of Investments with a national commercial real estate development company. Since 2003, Dominic has leased, sold, developed and analyzed in excess of $1 billion of commercial real estate. Dominic was a Founding Board Member of Nashville’s NAIOP Developing Young Leaders Council and a Young Leader of ULI’s Chicago chapter.

Dominic graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor Degree in Finance and holds an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Art McWilliams

Art is a Principal and cofounder of Nashville’s Cushman & Wakefield’s Alliance office, Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate. Prior to founding Cornerstone, Art spent 15 years with Cushman & Wakefield. During his time in the industry, Art has transacted millions of square feet of commercial leases and sales. His clients have included AT&T, CIGNA, First Tennessee, Ford, and General Electric.

Art has been a member of the Board of Governors of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, a founding member of the Executive Committee of Partnership 2000, and served as President of the Commercial Division of the Nashville Board of Realtors.

Art holds a Bachelor of Science from Auburn University.
