Rob Millman recently started his own company Millman Realty Partners based in South Central Indiana and specializes in the brokerage of commercial real estate encompassing net leased, multi-family and other investment properties. Rob Millman, CCIM has been involved in sales and marketing for over 26 years and involved in real estate marketing for nearly 20 years as a broker for South Central Realty dba Coldwell Banker, Prudential and Berkshire Hathaway Indiana Realty. During his tenure Rob received numerous awards and accolades as a top producer. Rob is a graduate of Vincennes University with an A.S. Degree and Purdue University with a B.S. Degree with an emphasis on Agricultural Economics. Rob began his career in residential real estate and progressed over time to work in the area of commercial sales and acquisitions. He has completed over 950 real estate transactions. Rob has a strong work ethic and a passion to assist those who choose to work with him developing and cementing many long-term relationships. His mantra of providing "Spectacular Customer Service" is noted by those who have established a relationship with him. Rob Millman’s personal business philosophy is to provide a high degree of client satisfaction building and sustaining long term relationships built upon mutual trust. Rob Millman is actively involved in the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, and his local board serving two terms as president of the Jackson County Board of Realtors. He has also been recognized in the past as Realtor of the Year for his local board. Rob is also a member of the Indianapolis CCIM chapter. He believes in the importance of service, assisting leaders in the community to build bridges and create a spirit of cooperation. Rob also currently serves on the board for the Seymour Industrial Corporation and is a member of the Seymour Chamber of Commerce.
